Chadwick is PowerKyiv's principal representative to US capital markets, investors, lenders, and Western institutional partners, and leads the company's listing strategy and banking relationships. Earlier in his career he developed more than 500 MW of power generation and directed over $1 billion of energy and technology investment. He co-founded ElectrIQ Power and was a founding partner of GSF Infrastructure.
Andreas is responsible for the financial integrity of the consolidated platform and leads the finance function. His remit covers financial consolidation across the joint-venture and Build-Lease-Transfer structures, the audit relationship, valuation and financial modeling, treasury and capital structure, and foreign-exchange and country-risk management. Ahead of the listing he is also responsible for public-company controls, investor reporting, and the S-1 financials.
Oleksandr is PowerKyiv's senior representative in Ukraine, with end-to-end responsibility for operations, integration, and project development in the country. He owns the Ukrainian counterparty relationships, including Ukrenergo, Kyivteploenergo, Naftogaz, and the national and local regulators. He has worked in Ukraine's power sector for more than 20 years, led the UNDP and World Bank energy damage assessment, and supported Ukrenergo's synchronization with the European grid.
Collins is President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operational execution and project delivery across the platform. He brings an operating and project-delivery background in emerging-market infrastructure, including board-level roles with the manager of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund and GuarantCo, which finance projects in higher-risk markets. He holds a degree from Princeton.
Rob leads PowerKyiv's technology and systems, including cybersecurity and the technical review that supports investor due diligence. He has worked for more than 25 years across power, data centers, and wireless infrastructure, and founded and led Amber Networks and Public Wireless. He was the first seed investor in ElectrIQ Power.
Cara is PowerKyiv's General Counsel, responsible for the company's international contracts, EPC procurement, and financing documentation. She was previously Assistant General Counsel at AES Corporation, a Fortune 200 power company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, where she led development and construction contracting across approximately $7 billion of projects.
Ruslan leads PowerKyiv's legal work in Ukraine, including lease documentation, land and servitude rights, permitting, and procurement. A public-private-partnership lawyer, he advised USAID's PPP and EDGE programs and helped draft the legislation and Cabinet decrees underpinning Ukraine's concession and investment frameworks.

He previously served as head of government relations and special envoy to the United States at Naftogaz, and contributed to Ukraine's synchronization with the European electricity grid. He supports the company's engagement with regulators and with US and EU institutions.
Brittnie advises PowerKyiv on legal strategy, contracts, and compliance. Her experience spans civil litigation and crisis-recovery contracting.

Aleksandr leads gas-turbine sales for Southern Europe at Siemens Energy, covering units from 5 to 600 MW. He is PowerKyiv's OEM counterpart and arranges the turbine package for the 580 MW CHP-7 plant and the projects that follow it.
Cenk directs Ukraine operations for Environmental Chemical Corporation, the US engineering and construction firm contracted to build PowerKyiv's plants. He leads its reconstruction and energy-infrastructure programs in the country and holds a board seat at the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
Conal arranges PowerKyiv's political-risk insurance. A Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services, he leads its emerging-markets political-risk practice and has spent more than 20 years structuring risk transfer for project finance, including cover for expropriation, currency inconvertibility, and war-related loss.
